Decentralised Web
Vokinloksar33 September 09, 2018 #idea #tech #ongoingThis should be a part of a series or a ongoing flow of thoughts about the "omnipresent yet unreachable web"
root problem:
- information may not always be able to spread everywhere.
- information may truly be misleading, (can there be any guarantee mechanism?)
- people should be able to see what they want to see?
- should there be survalliance for info?
For some reason social platforms may block some URL, (what reasons here?) and I just came up an idea to proxy URL so that people can still see the content(how? maybe url redirect[1]) meanwhile for it to be nearly impossible to be blocked.
Well, actually this concept is unified and may apply to a wide range of domains.
And one big problem is #TODO: I don't have enough networking knowledge at all
considering: #TODO
- static dns can be blocked
- how to make dns dynamic?
Well, at least for now, the block won't destroy your content as long as you don't publish on some prey platform where you have totally no control over your own stuff.
I haven't yet find any dynamic URL route service provider after a brief google. But I found something like this that at least make you backup your website which is also helpful.
Like I can always review today's(2018-09-09) blog even my own is blocked.
