I just go swim this morning and there are kids taking classes, they are FAST, they can do all strokes, looks like they really learned something. I thought swim classes are just for beginners and there won't be much help if you want to proceed, guess I'm wrong.
And they are really working hard/pushing hard to swim fast, I feel like start swimming from 10 years make me really left-behind.
And not like surfing, I can not find a in-depth website with everything to know. I still feel that my gestures and other technics have way more space to improve.
- I hope I can find some good tutorial material
- I should work harder and push myself harder as well!
- I should work on strength as well

- Don't stop for breath,
- and recover body line as quick as possible after pull
Try freestyle

Today just a short, 30 mins freestyle practice. Been skip morning swims for two weeks so I really didn't ask that much for today.
Which ends up being I swim with the most ugly stance that I would feel like using and just like struggling in the water
